Ciaran Hallinan

Ciarán has worked with WDS since 2004 and was recently appointed Chief Executive of WDS' Energy & Infrastructure Division.  He is an experienced manager of engineering contracts with a history of success in major projects, based on a solid performance in the civil and petroleum  industry in Europe and Australia. Ciarán holds an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from Greenwich University London and a MBA from Queensland University of Technology

In Australia prior to WDS Ciarán was employed by Santos Ltd as a Senior Project Manager on infrastructure projects for the Petroleum Engineering Department. Preceding his time with Santos, Ciarán was with Blake Dawson Waldron Lawyers on dispute resolution, mediation and litigation of contractual claims. Ciarán has also worked in management roles on major projects such as Eastern Gas Pipeline, New Sydney Showground Olympic Site, HMAS Waterhen Facilities, and Limehouse Link Road Tunnel Project.
