Jim McDonald

Jim was the CEO and Managing Director of Australian Pipeline Limited (responsible entity for Australian Pipeline Trust), a position he held from IPO of the Trust in June 2000 until his retirement in July 2005.

Jim's industry experience includes board membership of the Australian Gas Association, the Australian Council for Infrastructure Development and the Australian Pipeline Industry Association (APIA), where he also served as President and Treasurer, and has been awarded Life Membership of APIA.

Jim McDonald is a director of a trust for which Hastings Funds Management Limited is the responsible entity (Hastings Diversified Utilities Funds) and for several trusts for which Westpac Funds Management Limited is the responsible entity Westpac Office Trust (issuer of the WOT CMBS security) and Westpac TPS Trust. Previously, Jim was a director of ASX listed PearlStreet Limited until 30 October 2008 and Vortex Pipes Limited (formerly Shieldliner Limited) until 24 September 2008.

Jim is Chairman of the WDS Health, Safety, Environment & Community Committee and the Remuneration & Nomination Committee. He is also a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee and the Corporate Strategy & Business Development Committee.
