Diversified have developed a particularly strong approach to environmental management which has led to the implementation of environmental planning and monitoring systems for all projects so that operations are conducted to the highest environmental standards.
A company core objectives is to minimise environmental harm across all operations and this has been recognised by accreditation to AS 14001.
Carbon Offset Arrangement
A recent 'first' was the completion of the Jackson Moomba Oil Pipeline Project with a carbon offset contribution by Diversified. A calculation of the CO2 emissions from the pipeline construction was done and an arrangement made with Greenfleet to offset those emissions produced. This entailed the planting of over 16,300 trees.
