Services to Client | Construction of oil pipeline |
| The Project works consisted of the construction and commissioning of 135km pipeline of DN250 API 5L-X70 (6.5-7.5 mm wall thickness) from Santos’s Tarbat facility to a custody transfer meter station located at Jackson.
The pipeline crossed over mainly gibber plains but included numerous creek crossings and one major road crossing which were all open cut and returned to their original contours after installation. Additional works included the installation of fibre optic cable in the common trench along the length of the pipeline and the fabrication and installation of a mid line valve station and the three off take risers. Although initial works were delayed due to flooding, the project was still able to achieve practical completion by the original target date.
