Training

Dedicated Training Managers are employed to promote new training courses and to ensure that all staff are up-to-date with their educational and technical training needs.

In-house courses and presentations are arranged to provide employees with company specific knowledge in functional areas such as Project Management, Safety, Quality, Estimating, and Cost Control, etc.

External training providers are engaged to provide leadership and other specialist training as the need arises.
